Shipping & returns

We ship within the United States. Orders leave our studio within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping (3-6 business days) is $6.95, and free on orders over $150. Express (1-2 business days) is $14.95. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email hello@shopaurelleskincare.com with your order number to start a return. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened products, unless they arrived damaged or caused a reaction (see below).

If an item arrives damaged, or a product doesn't agree with your skin, email us a photo and your order number within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
