Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Luminex Solutions LLC, DBA Aurelle Skincare ("Aurelle", "we") collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought.
- Accounts: if you create one, your email, name, password (stored encrypted by our provider, never visible to us) and email preferences.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact form.
- Newsletter: your email address and when you agreed to receive emails.
- Payments: card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, send order and shipping updates, provide your account, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store on our behalf: our payment processor, Supabase (accounts and order records), Resend (transactional email), Netlify (website hosting) and the shipping carrier delivering your order. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies and local storage
We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in to your account, and your browser's local storage to remember what's in your bag. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or your account settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@shopaurelleskincare.com. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
